Cervical check
Cervical smear tests are available free of charge at our to all women aged 25 to 60 years. Smear tests can detect cells that may with time, develop into cancer cells.  Some women are fearful of having a smear test taken but it is a simple procedure that takes a few minutes. Results are available approximately 4 weeks after the test is taken and for the vast majority of women the results are reassuring. Breast check
Breast check offers mammograms free of charge to all women aged 50 to 64 years, every two years. If you are eligible and have not already been contacted by Breastcheck for your Mammogram, log on to www.breastcheck.ie for more information,  or call our Dublin based clinic 

Fertility & family planning
If you are planning a family, or if you have been trying to conceive but not succeeding, it may be helpful to book an appointment with us.

We can provide advice about caring for your health and healthy eating before pregnancy.  We also discuss your cycle and offer a variety of fertility related blood tests to try to optimise your chances of conceiving.

Ante-natal
The Maternity and Infant Care scheme offers ‘combined care’ split between GP and a maternity hospital. Combined care, based in the public healthcare system entitles you to  free maternity care covering antenatal visits, labour and delivery and postnatal care.
